1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 880bn platform and all of its services. 880bn is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for Bangladeshi players.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 880bn services.

• These Terms form a legal agreement between the player and 880bn.
• 880bn provides support in both Bengali and English.
• The platform is secured with SSL encryption and ensures fair play.
• In addition to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.

2 Account Registration

To enjoy services on the 880bn platform, you must create a personal account. By creating an account, you are considered to have accepted the following conditions:

• Each player may create only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.

4 Account Verification

To ensure the security and integrity of the 880bn platform, we carry out account verification processes from time to time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• A copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Bank statement or mobile financial service account statement.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or other official document).

880bn reserves the right to put withdrawal processing on hold until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in permanent account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 880bn are carried out through popular mobile payment systems in Bangladesh. Detailed conditions are given below:

Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• The mobile number used for deposit and the number used for withdrawal must be the same.
• Deposits to or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• 880bn does not impose any additional charges on deposits or withdrawals, however the mobile service provider's own charges may apply.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, 880bn may put withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

880bn offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be met.

Welcome bonus terms:

• New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳2,000, for a total of ৳3,000.
• Another example: depositing ৳16,000 will give a maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳31,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering calculation example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

General bonus conditions:

• A player may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 880bn reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• 880bn reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers.

7 Gaming Rules

880bn offers casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting services. The following rules apply to participation in all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, 880bn will refund the bet for that round.
• 880bn is not responsible for losses caused by problems with the player's device or internet connection.
• If you have any questions about game rules or procedures, contact the support team.
• For sports betting, the markets and odds offered by 880bn will be considered final.
• If a technical error is detected in any game or betting market, the related transactions may be cancelled.

8 VIP Program

880bn's VIP program has five levels. Each level offers weekly cashback benefits and special offers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.9% cashback per week.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% cashback per week.

You can advance from one level to the next through regular and active play. VIP benefits are not subject to bonus wagering requirements — cashback is credited directly to your account and can be withdrawn directly. 880bn reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

880bn reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false information or forged documents are provided.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If there is a failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
• At the player's own request.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time through the support team. It is possible to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed, unless the account is being terminated due to a breach of terms.

14 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Contact the 24/7 support team via live chat. Most issues can be resolved at this step.
• Step 2: If the issue is not resolved via live chat, send a detailed complaint by email to [email protected].
• Step 3: If the issue is not resolved by email either, the matter will be sent for formal review.

15 Changes to Terms

880bn reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Regarding changes:

• Players will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes will be taken to mean that the player agrees to the new terms.
• If a player does not agree to the revised terms, they may request to close their account.
• The most recently revised terms and conditions will always be published on this page.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
